Small cosy detached villa situated on the edge of the well-known village
of Calenzana, 12kms from Calvi main resort, shopping centre and port.
Located in a quiet residential area within 5 mins walking distance of
village shops, bars, restaurants and historic churches set amidst narrow
streets giving classical Corsican charm.
Calenzana is linked by a network of country roads connecting several
hillside villages ‘en route’ for the local wine growing areas and
artisans workshops, and 20 mins by car from the nearest long sandy beach
at Calvi. It is the starting point for the world famous GR20 and
Mare/Monte walking routes, as well as many less strenuous walks through
forests and along mountain streams.

Entrance gates lead onto a spacious flagged patio surrounded by flower beds and shrubs, with barbeque area, summer dining table and chairs and loungers, with superb views of the towering mountains nearby. The garden also has views of the villages and distant coastline. |

surroundings and relaxing garden areas, yet within easy reach of the
village and community, surrounded by high peaks and maquis-covered
hillsides.
