If a picture is worth a thousand words, we can relax for a moment: the
view above is what you see from the balcony of this town centre
apartment, which is on the third (top) floor of a building on the Avenue
de la Republique, overlooking the bay of Calvi and mountains beyond.
Calvi is a chic place, with shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques in
walking distance of the apartment, which is also only 2 mins from the
long sandy beach and waterfront marina. You can pick up a train from the
small station opposite, on a narrow-gauge railway that links coastal
villages and beaches, with connections to Ajaccio in the southwest, and
you are just 10 mins walk from the ferry point, from which there are
connections to Marseilles, Nice, Toulon and the Italian sea-ports.
The building is serviced by a lift or staircase to all floors, and has a
private, gated car park at the rear, with a back entrance door.

The apartment is approximately 20 mins from Calvi airport, and one and a
half hours from Bastia airport by car.
Cost from £275 - £650 per week, including electricity and local taxes.
Linen and towels are NOT provided, but can be hired by prior
arrangement.
