Pant Farm is situated away from the main road and along a private gated track. The main part of the farmhouse dates back to the 16th century, but restoration includes just about every 21st century creature comfort.

It has a good sized 'farmhouse' kitchen / breakfast room with a dishwasher, microwave and pine furniture.

There's a utility room with washing machine, a dining room with massive inglenook fireplace and a sitting room featuring inglenook, bread oven and TV/DVD, sympathetically extended with French windows to the garden.

Upstairs there's an elegant master bedroom (king sized bed), a twin-bedded room with wash basin and a third bedroom with two single beds.

The bathroom has a bidet, and a second bathroom comprises shower, toilet and washbasin.

There's also a downstairs loo / washroom.

The house has double glazing, gas fired programmed central heating during winter lets, a wood-burner.

Not suitable for dogs.
