Attractive semi-detached 'olde worlde' cottage situated in a peaceful & idyllic position enjoying views over open countryside to the sea and mountains, en-route to Bardsey Island and the end of the Llyn Peninsula.

Whistling Sands beach and Aberdaron village with its shops, pubs and long sandy beach are both less than 10 mins drive by car. The area abounds with National Trust headlands, stunning maritime coastal scenery - heaven for walkers, bird-watchers & sea-anglers. Situated within yards of the Llyn Coastal Path, small cottage garden, patio with furniture, parking space. Adjacent is a small self-contained licensed restaurant which is generally open in July & August.

Cosy lounge, beamed ceiling & open fire place, with French windows leading on to sun room, snug dining room.

Fitted galley kitchen, ground floor bathroom & W.C. with electric shower above bath.

3 bedrooms - 1 double downstairs, 1 double & 1 single upstairs in crog loft reached by steep stairs great for older children but unsuitable for the very young and less agile adults.

Sleeps 5 max. Small pet by arrangement.
