Roger's Retreats

The front door leads into a glazed sunroom with Dining table and chairs, then through an old ship's door to entrance hall off which is a ground floor double bedroom, snug lounge with T.V. and DVD, open fireplace, library shelves, and French doors into the sunroom.

Fully fitted galley kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, and fridge. Beyond the kitchen two steps up lead to a Bathroom with electric shower over bath, washbasin and toilet, with immersion heater switch for hot water.

Off the kitchen is a snug dining room with table and chairs and dresser.

A steep staircase (NOT suitable for the very young, elderly or infirm) Leads to two crog-loft bedrooms: 1 with double bed and 1 with single bed, both of which have windows giving far reaching sea views.

Outside but adjoining the cottage is a laundry outhouse with small freezer and washing machine.

There is a small traditional country garden with seating area to the front of the cottage, and a lawned area with washing line and picnic table to the rear.

This is a small, cosy but enchanting cottage, full of history, and a favourite for mum's night off with adjoining Seafood Restaurant.
