Across the drive from Pant Farm, though self-contained, Robyn's Nest shares a remarkable situation in 10 acres of land, overlooking the River Conwy and positioned perfectly for the coast (10 miles) and the heart of Snowdonia (Betws y Coed is just 6 miles).

Although it can be used to augment the Pant Farm accommodation for larger groups by 2-4, it can be rented separately. The house offers split level accommodation with a kind sized bed in the main (ensuite) bedroom and a dining area and big sitting room with TV / Video on the first floor, overlooking the valley.

Better yet, there is a wood-burning stove, as well as programmed central heating available at an extra charge.

The ground floor contains a modern fitted kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, and a twin bedroom.

There's an old stable door out onto a private paved patio area.

Not suitable for dogs.
