Tucked away along narrow lanes on the Llyn Peninsula, this has sandy beaches
within a mile and a half and a network of footpaths leading to the sea.

The
large lounge has an inglenook fireplace with multi-fuel stove, an old dresser
with Willow Pattern plates, TV/DVD and dining table.

Open stairs lead to the
first floor with one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and a third bedroom
with bunk beds. All the rooms are small and cottagey, with rural views.

The
bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.
There is also a downstairs toilet & shower room.

There is a well modernised
kitchen/diner with cooker and microwave. A utility room off the kitchen houses
the fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Fronting the length of the
cottage is a large conservatory with cane furniture and dining table and chairs
- well recommended by guests! Windows are double glazed.
